The user can register an event or failure in the building facilities in the application in two ways: with the help/guidance of the online operator or directly using the application.

The app can record and diagnose the event. The user selects the location of the event based on the customer’s chosen location and the architectural plan along with the facility plan of the building using artificial intelligence. It is subsequently uploaded into the application, where it is visible to the user and operator, and the event is recorded and checked.

In the event that the user is unable to register the event due to ignorance or old age, the operator connects the user to the specialist shift manager and specialist manager after obtaining appropriate user information.

All information including building information, event report, user information, and the cause of the event, etc. are recorded in the application and a file is created.

After identifying the event, the specialist shift manager dispatches the required technicians and equipment to the appropriate location, where the operation is carried out under expert supervision. Finally, the application is used to pay the service price, as well as to track performance and provide feedback.
